Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping in the United States.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at louisaandmarie.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return Policy/Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love your items, but we understand having a change of heart.

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your item, you may return it for a full refund back to your original payment method.

If you change your mind within 15-30 days, you may return it for store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you'd like is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We can also assist with creating a replacement order for you.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible, and contact us right away if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos with your email.

FAQ

How soon will my order ship?

We strive to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and you will typically receive your order within 3-5 business days.

If you need your order by a certain day, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make it happen. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If your order has not shipped, I am happy to update the address for you. Simply send us an email. If your order is already en route, there is not a way to make any changes. (So sorry - We would if we could!)

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to package refusal or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a full refund. Mail it back to us in new condition, and a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

My item arrived damaged, now what?

Do you charge sales tax?

We are only required to charge sales tax for orders within the state of Nebraska.

Do you offer custom design services?

We do not offer custom design work or product customizations at this time.
